Topic: Entrance to Rei Fu Xiang silk store, Beijing

Action: A man with a bundle stands to the right of a large porch made of bricks, marble, stone and ceramics: the street entrance to a well known silk store, crowned with roof tiles. Iron railings on both sides are a very modern feature. The text on the lintel is repeated on the central door panel. A bat is sculpted on the top of the arch. Two large inscribed [illegible] boards hang at right angle from the pillars. Another man stands to the left, holding a pipe.

Image Particulars: Rei Fu Xiang was in the Chinese city, outside Qianmen. It has now been rebuilt elsewhere.
